All other writing on the blog is open copyright, No remix. Credit given. No capital gain unless by an accredited university or college.

Open copyright means I still own the copyright, you can’t shit on others who want to share it with those restrictions. And you can’t shit on me back.
Share as you will. But don’t change it. Give me credit. You can’t make money of my writing- unless used BY a credited university or college. (No external textbooks, but those in-house pamphlets are fine.)

But Non-English speaking countries are exempt from the no capital gains as long as it is translated by you but I’m still credited.

If you have translated work you may permit others to use it. The point is to ensure translators are compensated and the ideas remain intact,
If in your country this transfers the copyright to you I find that acceptable as long as you don’t try to claim my version too.
Don’t forget the idea of “fair use” means it can be quoted in news sources, editorials, reviews, and aa needed in the presentation of an argument – to a larger degree than otherwise. This would seem irrelevant but fair use means it can be part of a work with financial reward..

The United States of America’s National Security Agency. now owns the copyright to my entire digital signature within the clarified terms below.
The USA NSA will stand for:
The United States of America’s National Security Agency.
“It” refers to Melissa Jane Devlin’s entire Digital Signature. Including but not limited to all past digital works and conversations within my copyright.
The USA NSA own the copyright to train and craft AI.
And to use my work as necessary to stop and prevent terrorism and other dangers to National Security as determined by the appropriate individual in the USA NSA
The USA NSA own the copyright for those.
These rights are for the specified use and are non transferable.
I own the originals and copyright of it to self publish my completed works with the understanding the discretion of USA NSA needs will be paramount.
No one else owns or has the lease to my digital signature.
This is with no financial requests made of the USA NSA.
Any current and prior use was to determine need – and to be used as needed. By the United States of America National Security Agency and no other party.
And the finalized agreement is upon public or private acceptance.
It does not require finalization to be binding and with the agreement of non competition as used in most legal contracts
