The difficulty with the “arsehole in the neighborhood” theory.

They might not know they’re the ones the active system is on.

It’s probably a bunch of google plays hiding on networks and not everyone knows how to look for visible ones – let alone hidden.

If someone has a computer connected by Bluetooth they might not know either.

Dial into them, activate the Bluetooth and use a hidden app to play the music we all hear.

No suggestions on the voice overs. The dangerous message was with the looped audio..

If a cybersecurity counter attack dealt with hidden google plays on networks there’s a chance to do it.

But each police department needs a counterattack cyber security team and while they exist, they’re expensive.

The need is there though. So I suppose once everyone is done blaming me for being able to figure this out – and tells the FBI the truth?

One will eventually become such a necessity a mini division forms.

Until then we have to manage as best we can.
