You need to know this so families can stay together.

As sescribed previously, the Trollbot can trigger intrusive thoughts.

And it’s getting scary.

Intrusive thoughts are usually odd, out of place, without reason, sometimes the Trollbot even tries to insert racism.

If they seem like they don’t belong to you?

They don’t.

Psychiatric causes can also be considered to force thoughts into you.

Intrusive thoughts are not your own.

But

There is obsession. And it can feel invasive and linked to passion

Invasive thought should be paid attention to. Your instincts are calling your focus.

Pause over those. Consider if:

You like them (annoying though they can be)

If they feel rooted in you. Part of your soul we often feel invaded by our feelings. But it’s not the same.

Obsession invades, unwelcome thoughts are intrusive

Most invasions into our day come from our heart. Love usually. But it can be a warning at the back of your mind.

And there we have how to cope.

Love, fear, anxiety, anger, frustration…

Etc

Can all tickle the back of our mind.

Trollbot intrusion seems in front of us.

They feel different and your subconscious is not happy even if you’re unable to focus because cats

You might be upset with obsession that does belong to you.

But it’s yours.

In the back of the brain not the front.

Trollbot bullshit is in the front.

You can learn “where the thought is”. But I’m already just like that so I don’t know how.

Maybe meditation?

The kind that lets thoughts just float through?

Probably helpful in developing that skill.

It’s difficult to start.

Pencil crayons sound stupid and childish.

That is if you’re not aware of all the adult books available.

They’re actually quite wonderful

And highly recommended by social workers developing your ability to return to the world.

And psychiatric nurses.

It helps you start meditation that has Freeform thoughts

That’s hard to describe but plenty of books exist on that!

It will help you recognize what’s yours and what doesn’t belong there.

Remember there is intrusive thought. A psychiatric issue

And invasive thought

And emotion begging for attention

You can get used to the difference. Particularly if you sense it in your brain. But I can adapt to any positive thinking style. I had a leg up.

Intrusive

Invasive.

As a note. If the thoughts are of love? They’re likely yours.

They go counter to the motivation behind the Trollbot.

Love is inconvenient for hateful bastards.

They want you cold and lifeless.

Not working around lingering obsessive emotional energy.

If it is of love?

They are yours
